SPS has the in-house ability to create digital forms and the skills to integrate our computer programs with our clients’ business software, creating a seamless conveyance of security related information to key personnel.

All SPS sites are equipped with wand technology and an I Pad which supplements our digital reporting system. All SPS reporting is digital and stored online on our safe servers. This provides means for efficient information access. Every time our security officers do a patrol of your premises they hit wand points located around your premise which logs the exact time a point is hit which ensures that patrols are being done. Additionally information about any incident on site can be sent digitally with photographic evidence in that instant to your designated email address. Every morning you can verify the state of your premise and be sure in the service you are receiving.
Compliance
The management having a wealth of experience in the security industry, have realised that prevention of crime can be accomplished by utilizing tactical approaches, rather than accusations and the traditional methods of our predecessors. The art of verbal judo is commonplace in our organization and has often been effective in deescalating volatile situations.
Uniform
Our uniformed security guards are outfitted with professional high quality uniforms. Our standard operation procedures require that our personnel keep their uniforms pressed and clean at all times. Their shoes are polished and men are clean-shaven with neat haircuts. Our female officers are held to the same standard. We pride ourselves on the appearance of our personnel, as they are representing our agency in your facilities and in turn represent your business.
