Alarm Monitoring & Response
Safe Protection Security hosts an A1 graded monitoring centre, the highest possible standard for monitoring centres available in Australia. This centre is manned 24 hours a day 7 days a week to be available to assist with any security needs you face and respond to any situations that may arise. Every time you call you will be assisted by a highly trained Safe Protection Security guard in real time rather than an automated voice operating system.
Your account can be tailored to suit your individual requirements. Not only can we monitor your building 24hrs, 7 days a week, but we can despatch emergency services for events such as Hold Up, Duress, Medical Assistance, Fire Alarms & Smoke Detectors. Our Grade A1 control room can also monitor Fridge & Freezer Temperature Alarms & other Machine Equipment Faults. We can monitor any detection device that is connected to your alarm system.

Alarm Response
Our Mobile Patrol officers will respond to your alarms – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If an alarm is activated, we immediately dispatch our mobile patrol officers to your place of residence or office so you don’t jeopardise the safety of yourself, your family or your friends. Once on site, Safe Protection Security’s mobile patrol officer will make a full sweep of the residence or business. Our highly trained team will take further action depending on the nature of the alarm, what they find, and your prior instructions. After the emergency situation is resolved, you’ll receive a complete incident report detailing our efforts and the results of our onsite investigation in real digitally via our state of the art guard tour systems.
